Consider yourself not as physical being in physical universe, but as Vibrational being in vibrational Universe who is both transmitter & receiver of energy.

As Vibrational transmitter, we continually send out signals that inform the universe who we are at this moment & that signal will either attract or fend off other Vibrational being events & experiences.

Quantum physics state that everything in our universe is energy. Our body is also made of atoms & molecules which are energy vibrating at certain frequency. When we think or when certain thought is born our brain cells & neurons will vibrate at certain frequency & this frequency will attract like waves from the universe.

To make things easier to understand to masses, our ancient saints have written all this science in forms of stories which is easier to grasp. There Vibrational frequency is our spiritual state or we can also say Vibrational frequency is the measure of consciousness level and describes dominant thoughts, moods & values in our mind.

Dr. David Hawkins Map of Consciousness attempted to provide a concrete map of different stages of evolution.

Let’s use a Unit range between 0 to 1000 to understand this where 0 means Dead and 1000 is highest possibility or Enlightenment. This scale will help to provide energetic context of one state relative to another so that one can attempt to measure consciousness. This is something similar to fact that we use Celsius temperature scale of 0 degrees corresponding to freezing & 100 degrees to boiling. This is because someone decided that this is how those number should be interpreted in relation to each other. The same principle applies here.

However looking at scale saying one state is better than other is just a misinterpretation. Instead of looking at these states as better or worse, a more appropriate way is to view them as different gradients of the expression of consciousness. This can be analogue to light where different rays coming from sun at different frequencies are interpreted as different colors by our eyes. So, is Blue fundamentally better than yellow color.? No. It’s just different colors with their own unique properties. This is best way to interpret the scale.

So a person living at say 500 Unit scale is no better than person living at 350 Unit scale. They are living in different paradigm which expresses itself differently. This is very important to grasp as we all are at our unique stage of evolution. Realizing this breeds compassion to both self & others.

Fundamental to the Map of consciousness is the idea that all things are Energy.

Your vibrational frequency is the speed at which your soul resonates with the energies of the universe. It is measure of how attuned you are to your higher self & how connected to the supreme Divine.

Dr. David Hawkins spent 25 years of his life to measure vibrational frequency of around 2.5Lakhs Person from Prisoners to Big Businessman to Politicians.

According to his readings, every human lives in his own energy field. This energy fields are divided into multiple levels  and grouped in 4 groups.

Dividing the Vibrational frequency in 4 different groups, it can be as seen in image above.

1.     Intention of Non-Judgement: Dr. Hawkins says, if you look at any subject without doing judgement with all your love (Be aware of the fact but don’t Judge) then the subject’s Vibrational energy field increases.

2.    If we remain aware about our emotions & actions then its level automatically increases.

3.    When we realize in which energy field we are residing most of the time then we become aware of it then we automatically take steps to move it to next level.

4.    For point 3 to happen, Persistence is required. Even going one level up brings massive changes in life but for it we require to put continuous effort persistently.

5.    As we move to next level & becomes submissive to the fact its not I, and as the ego breaks, we move forward. So as the person grows his level, he becomes more & more polite.
